Everyone - and I mean everyone - is in a business that serves people, and that includes people who are part of the fitness business. Since about 99% of people make a New Year's resolution to get in shape or lose weight, this article that was published last year in Fitness Magazine is a must-read for those of you who do work in the fitness business.
The article starts on page 28 and incidentally, it makes reference to my old blog, Customers Are Always. I just found this article today! However, I don't recall ever crediting that blog as "The World's Number 1 Customer Service Site". I'll accept the accolade, though ;)
