It makes all the difference in the world, not only with your personal well being but with your response to those you work with, if you truly love what you do. It is difficult to hold back someone's genuine enthusiasm for a job they love. I had a boss tell me once, if you're not having "fun" at work....you're in the wrong job. My father has always hated his job. I saw that while growing up and made a promise to myself that I would never let that happen to me. Those that genually care about giving great service.
